Currently living in Paris, Laura is a Pastry Chef with 10 years of experience. She has worked as a Pastry Chef in various Michelin starred restaurants such as L’ Atelier de Jöel Robuchon, Hofmann and Akelarre. She now dedicates her career to Consulting for restaurants, creating dessert menus and teaching online all her recipes, tips and techniques.
This course has a duration of 4 weeks. Since the date of inscription, you will have access to all the recipes. You will have access to the content for life, and will always be able to watch it in your account at “my courses”, on your desktop or mobile.
From the inscription date, during the 4 weeks of course, and 2 more weeks later (for those who need a little more time), Laura will be available and answering all your questions. Once you have inscribed you can start asking all the questions you need from ou contact form.
Definitely not! This course is definitely an advanced course, but it’s all explained in a way even amateurs can make it through the course smoothly. The step by step system and all the tips, makes it very easy to follow. If you are wanting to test yourself, this is your time!
