Currently living in Paris, Laura is a Pastry Chef with 10 years of experience. She has worked as a Pastry Chef in various Michelin starred restaurants such as L’ Atelier de Jöel Robuchon, Hofmann and Akelarre. She now dedicates her career to Consulting for restaurants, creating dessert menus and teaching online all her recipes, tips and techniques.
This mini atelier has a duration of 1 week. Since the moment you inscribe you will have access to all the recipes. We think the right timing is completing 1 recipe every two days, and this is why we call it a “1 week training”. You will also have access to the content for life, and will always be able to watch it in your account at “my courses”, on your desktop or mobile.
From the date you inscribe, during the week of the mini atelier, and 1 more week after that (for those who need a little more time), Laura will be available and answering all your questions. Once you have inscribed and the course has started, you can access our contact form and send us all your questions & doubts. She will normally answer under 24h!.
The Answer is NO!. This mini atelier is aimed for people who have little or no experience at all in baking. The step by step system and all the tips, makes it very easy to follow. If you are wanting to test yourself, this is your time.
