Last week I was in Menorca, one of the most beautiful Islands I’ve ever been to, that are part of the Balearic Islands in Spain.
I’ve had the honor of creating the dessert menu for Silvia Anglada’s restaurant, a Chef which has been named “Best Chef of Menorca 2019” and KM0 certified. She works ONLY with local producers.
It has been intense, and limiting my ingredients to local products has inspired me so much! Grateful for this experience.
